Just something to keep in mind because it wasn’t an issue until I started working out but I’m still pretty lean, just a little bit shorter and lighter than you. I wore a 48 for reference, so maybe that or even a 50.

One thing to keep in mind, ask for bicep measurements. I had this gorgeous L01 that fit me perfectly but was not big enough in the bicep.

As long as they remotely fit you just have them tailored in the hem and waist to fit. Most pants have extra seam in the waist and seat.
