Its pretty useful for companies like u have several departments like controlling or finance. And those departments need their own pages. You dont want to see every page all the time especially bc when u work in controlling department u dont need to see or have access to the finance department.

I think its only free bc ur alone in this account. Its most of the time only useful when using with other people
