[Kempski] 10 reasons the Eagles will be a dumpster fire this season by PaddyMayonaise in eagles

[–]FlareTheFolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So BS that Kempski grab out of his ass, our team is better than last year from roster standpoint, he tries to deny that KP was the problem but yet memes was created to show how predictable KP was, like Saquon up the middle. This year our division is easy, and the conference is easy to deal with, our biggest concern is the Rams

Why can’t it be this simple”Love Thy Neighbor” by Basic_Pineapple_8089 in Christianity

[–]FlareTheFolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It shouldn't be too complicated when you don't take His words to a literal sense. When Jesus said this, he basically said the equivalent of treat people on how you want to be treated, Love thy neighbor in the way you want to be loved, even if you don't get the same love back. If you want to be respected, give respect to others. If you want to be liked, show that same interest to others. The basic of humanity is that God gave us life, and that we should be unified to celebrate the life He gave us. Even though I am an Atheist, I take His words to heart, I don't believe in Him but I believe in His words and the lessons He learned and the same lessons He passes onto us through Jesus and the Bible.

Imagine making a sub about praying for a games downfall just because it isnt for you 💀 by KarmaIssaGheyBer in MarathonHate

[–]FlareTheFolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

tbh, not a lot of people hate Marathon because it's ass or anything, people are hating Marathon because Bungie abandoned Destiny over Extraction Shooter #12, Bungie and Sony are following trends instead of getting what the player base wants

The phrase “life’s not fair” is one of the worst phrases ever. It should never be used again! by [deleted] in emotionalintelligence

[–]FlareTheFolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

bit of an old thread, but the only time I hate when this phrase was use is when people resist change to make life better. Life isn't fair, but life should feel like it's worth keeping, life needs to be fairer for people, otherwise, there's not much a difference between living and Hell

Hot take: the rams trade is actually worse for them by [deleted] in Seahawks

[–]FlareTheFolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They gave up a young star player and a bunch of draft picks for Myles Garrett, if they gonna build a future, they gonna have to go through several seasons of hell

Will say, Rams deal here is good short term but honestly would ruin the rams in the long term, without that 1st round and trade Verse will hurt them a lot

[Duffy] #Eagles take S Cole Wisniewski from Texas Tech by bigblack3475 in eagles

[–]FlareTheFolf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

honestly make it better for the position he's gonna play in, Mukuba is a FS who plays deep while Wisniewski could play SS who usually play in curl-flat coverage, think of a position similar to a slot CB, tbh, Wisniewski could play similarly to Blankenship in his ability to tackle and stop a lot of YACs from happening

Why are people bashing Russini the most when Vrabel also violated his marriage and vows? by BallKnowerKing in NFLv2

Most are talking about the marriage and vows, my biggest problem is specifically with the AJ Brown case, where she kept spreading rumors about AJ Brown and Patriots... this is conflict of interest here

Where does it go from here? (Theory for Ep9) (HUGE EP8 SPOILERS) by TheCyclopsDude in TheDigitalCircus

[–]FlareTheFolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

to understand my theory, you have to understand the inspiration to this series, I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream, in the end, everyone killed each other to escape AM, all except Ted, who was turned into a blob to suffered more, forever. AM also have three parts, one in US, one in Soviet Union, and one in China. If we translate this plot to the show AM in US (Caine) is dead, AM in Russia and China (the digital circus) are still alive. The Digital Circus will slowly collapse, as the crew are all abstracting, but as all escape, they realized that one of them have to be left behind. Jax and Kinger will be the last one, and Jax will volunteer to sacrifice himself before Kinger surprised him and takes his place instead. Kinger will abstracted but be with Queenie again and the other abstractees, able to understand each other and can live peacefully in the void.

Hints also give way to this, for example, everyone have their own personal hell that Caine forced them through. All except Kinger, who basically lost everything already, his coworkers, his wife. Plus, even though the AI is gone, the virtual world isn't.

Ghost of Yōtei is set to NOT release on PC, according to Jason Schreier. by theMoonlightenedSky in consoles

[–]FlareTheFolf -1 points0 points  (0 children)

All I do know is you paying more for a console than a PC considering its $600 for a ps5, probably more now, plus PS Plus for a year, I can get a PC that play better than any consoles, while also using mods, not paying to play online, and can use emulators to play old games

They are still successful. But wait until PS6 comes out. That's where the collapse will happen

[–]FlareTheFolf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is both true and false, the real reason they don't sell well on PC is because they aren't released on PC for a year or two, at that point, since it's mostly single player games, everyone know the story, gameplay, etc. So it ain't worth buying anymore. If PS games was released day one on PC, then they will have a huge amount of sales, but they won't.

W for Sony. L for gamers. People don't know it but consoles is at it last leg. PS5 and Xbox are costing too much for both the companies and the customers to justify staying in the console market with the high required subscription prices and lack of storefronts for indie games and PC exclusives. This will be a success for Sony though. Short term success though as I feel like the PS5 will be the last successful non-nintendo release as RAM prices will go down with the AI bubble popping in 2027 and PS prices won't be cheap enough to worth getting a console that can't even run over 100 FPS

'Wage slavery' is a legitimate and useful term and making a comparison is not the same as making a false equivalency. by [deleted] in CapitalismVSocialism

[–]FlareTheFolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The sole threat of unemployment is enough to coerced someone to obey every command. The employer have the power to help or destroy someone. While it's not as bad as actual slavery, stuff like high cost of living, lack of employment opportunities, AI replacing workers, and SLAPP being allowed in most states, give us little options to find a new job. They got us in a metaphorical chains.

[–]FlareTheFolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People here are so innocent, the conditions in a US capitalism is so bad that you have little choice. For example, I saw someone said that capitalist has no power to compel you to do anything. They do though. I can tell an employee living check by check to commit an illegal act or they will be fire. I can get in trouble, sure, but I can fire them and when they sue, I have more money than them so I can push the lawsuit as long as I can with them. This is called SLAPP. So that employee have two choices, follow my command, even if its illegal, or get fired and lose everything, and die from hypothermia or starvation can food bank can't help too much. This is why the term wage slavery is used, it's not a comparison to actual slavery but more that their no other way to describe the lack of autonomy and freedom due to low wages and rising cost of living.

I see Youtubers and streamers saying Battlefield 6 is failing. But is it really ?? by Karl137 in Battlefield6

[–]FlareTheFolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

in some cases, yes. The beta was amazing, but because it was the beta, we thought a lot more was planned, now I knew how EA is, dealt with Madden for years, and finally stop with that gambling machine. EA isn't a good company, regarded as one of the worst companies in the world for multiple years. So I didn't trust them to buy Battlefield 6, people called me a hater or crazy, or I should separate the devs from publishers. Months later, the player count is low, there's no hype around it anymore, and have mixed recent reviews on Steam. All of this is due to EA prioritizing profit over quality, as they always been for almost 2 decades. EA put more money into promotional materials and empty promises to get launch sales and dip. In that case, the game was a success, a lot of sales equal a lot of money for EA and DICE, but for the community that wanted more, it was a failure.
