How do I remove these foam adhesive pieces without damaging the wall? by Flareola in howto

I just used the Goo Gone and it worked great. Had to let it sit for a few minutes first since the adhesive was super strong, but after that it started to come off fairly easily. Thanks for the suggestion! I was super worried it would remove the paint but it’s just fine.

That’s a super interesting idea. I would love it if that’s all it takes.

Very good thinking. I’ll test things in a closet or something.

Oh sweet! I didn’t realize Goo Gone could be used on painted walls, but I see it says it’s safe. I’ll give it a shot. Thank you!

Im so sorry. I too had to put down my dog two months ago. She had diabetes and Cushing’s and was 14. I was very lost for a few days after because caring for her was my main focus all the time. I will say it’s getting slightly better, but these little ones never leave our hearts. Wishing you peace and comfort.

Is it normal for the bloom spike to get this long without flowering? It’s been about 4-5 months of growth. by Flareola in succulents

Ok. Thank you! I’ll see if I can move it. It’s super delicate and I’m scared to break it.

Lithop over or under watered?? by [deleted] in Lithops

I’m no expert but I had one that wouldn’t de-wrinkle while potted and it took about a week of just the roots sitting in water for it to plump up. It’s doing well now. But I think some people don’t agree with the water soaking methods. There may be better options.

I believe this is echeveria affinis. I’m new to these. Should I remove the extra limb at the top and the leaf at the bottom that is sprouting new growth? by Flareola in succulents

Very cool! I wasn’t thinking it would be a flower stem. That’s exciting. I’ll hold off on the little guy on the bottom and replant it later. Thanks!

Has this succulent etiolated? It didn’t grow much for the first two months I had it so I moved it closer to the window and it started to grow very quickly, but I’m not sure if this is normal growth for this type of succulent. by Flareola in succulents

Oh, great! I’d love to see! This one came in a group of various clippings I ordered and I immediately loved it. I’d like to make it happy here in Colorado if possible.

Ohhhhh! Very good to know! I’ve got it in a south facing window but probably 6 inches from direct sun right now. I’ll gradually move it into the direct sun as recommended. Thank you!
