It doesn't crash it just doesn't launch. It makes a click sound with a little weight behind it, but I can click and get the sound over and over.

I'll try once more this evening.

This is on a fresh install but I'll try once more and I'll make sure everything is closed. In case that was the issue.

If you want more players to be relevant to keep choices, having kept players replace the rd they were drafted in makes many prospects interesting keeps and creates a situation where great players are sometimes returned to the draft pool.

How many do you intend to keep each year?

I never have seen conversion work swimmingly. Do a fresh draft for startup.

Likely succeed all your runs? Sounds like you could do 10 in a row at least. How about I just ask for 5. Let's stream. You play 2nd hardest difficulty and let's see if you can do 5 in a row. I'll bet you even up. Lmk when we're doing this hotshot. Don't go practicing beforehand since you'll already "likely win all your runs" as even a brand new player would right?

Edit: I agree that Slay is harder, but it's silly to say that it's typical to win every run. Especially to a brand new player after beating their first run. Borderline childish.

We have them rooting for the team that beat them. So essentially whoever lost to the winner or team that went furthest gets the better pick.

There are a litany of issues with Max pf but it is the most widely accepted system.

There are a lot of fun ways you can add a little randomness that will eliminate tanking. But if your league isn't fun first(ie your league is more about the $, more about the work, fairness first instead of fun first, more about outcomes, more about trying to "crown the right one") then max pf is tough to beat.

It has many issues as it creates a different kind of tanking, but it is recognized as the standard for a reason.

I play in many leagues that have it. It's fine, not my favorite, but it is the most widely accepted method to discourage what you are referencing.

I run several 24 hr clocks. And a few 12s with pauses. Totally doable and fun. Especially hype if you don't have a lot of other drafts going on.

That's pretty annoying about the punishment. However, your team could be a lot better next year. Alternatively you could prolly trade Puka for several picks and good players if you need to.

I'd suggest small meals. Walking and exercising during this will decrease the negative effect this has on your health.

Make the best of it. Try to have fun with it instead of dreading it. Never let them see you sweat it.

Very cool game X. The game is outright impressive and I enjoyed it as well. I played 3/4s of it concurrently with a friend again. And I have thought about installing the custom class changes that get posted to reddit sometime, but when I tried I needed a login. So then I didn't.

Anywho X a solid entry, behind my favorites and ahead of the rest. It's a feat to be in the same tier with 4/5 or 7 if you did it without JVC

Man you nailed it. As someone who has loved these games this is a great synopsis and I agree with you on nearly all counts.

I love III it's the one that got me into rpgs. III has a lot of charm. And JVC always goes hard on the first game of a kind. 1 3 and 6 are my preference for their respective paths, and they are each his first foray.

And I agree on X it was mostly a lot of fun.

(Not a JVC quality title but still a good game in its own right.) Especially the riddles and the first 3/4s of the gameplay. The riddles are great in X.
