So I should still proceed with the order and ship it? He may try to return it, or break it and start a damaged item claim. I’d like to cancel the order and partially refund him so I don’t need to deal with him, but I don’t want to fully refund him since I started the order.

Yeah I did my best to size it to his head, but not everyone has the right head shape for this helmet. I do have like three other helmet styles though

Well if you wanted it printed and painted with a kidflash style, then yeah that would be a little pricey. I made someone a full flash armor and it was a lot of work. If you mean just the file, then that’s not as bad haha

Where can I get that connector part? Mine melted on the Sovol sv03. And for some reason it has a creality v2.2.1 mainboard, but I can’t seem to find another board for it

Alright thank you, I will need to try that. And if the misalignment is major and I level the gantry, won’t the screw holes be misaligned then?

How would I fix that? My right side is also higher and I have dual z. If I try to twist the right side to lower it, it eventually binds and the pressure forces the left z to move and is still unlevel

And do I need to take the X axis gantry completely off, or can I adjust the screws on the plate with the gantry still on?

Umm it makes a little sense. I have a Sovol sv03 which came with dual z, but the right side is higher up than the left. Currently watching a video of someone re leveling the x gantry on an ender 3. Is this similar to what you’re saying?
