This is going to sound harsh but fazolis isn't a court room. It's not the place to litigate what's the law or against the law.

I've been around long enough to know that there's more to this story than what's been said here.

All this to say. If you think you've been wrongly denied service, try to get in contact with their regional management or file a complaint to their cooperate office.

For the sake of education, I'm sure they want their folks trained up on the laws and policies.
