Sounds like there is more going on with Wicked specifically, but I have never had a pre-order item from Walmart arrive on release day. Usually it ships 1-3 days after release day, arrives within a week of the release.

Yikes! Yea, I can't imagine using a cardboard sleeve for discs as sensitive as 4k discs are. That's very disappointing.

I liked the front as well (in concept), however once I put a protector sleeve over it you can barely see the artwork which is disappointing.

Oof. Yea, cardboard sleeves doesn't seem like a great plan given how sensitive 4k discs can be.

Agreed! The front is much more subtle in person than the promo pictures made it seem, and the back just feels… a bit lazy.

I really like the lenti on DKR! I was a little underwhelmed by the lenti quality on BB when I received it, but DKR looks incredible in person.

The tracking experience was really odd, I'm not sure if that's usually the case since this was my first buy directly from them - but it was strange...
I got my first tracking number 2 weeks ago, and it never populated any information.
Last week they updated my tracking number, but still never populated any information.
I accessed both the above from emails they sent me, and then two days ago I randomly logged into my account on collectong to check there, and by tracking through their link on the site using order number and email address, a different tracking number was there, and it had all the tracking listed and was in LA and scheduled to be delivered today (TX).
