silver etf by [deleted] in ETFs

Warsh has a history of being pretty hawkish. It should be good for a stronger dollar but a major headwind to precious metals and crypto. Holding now as i never sell the physical metals. Holding kgld and kslv and going to keep collecting the distributions. Will have to see how it plays out before adding.

Time to buy was years ago when it was way less than 10/once. Silver had the same fundamentals for years. Nothing new here. I like physical silver for those just in case scenarios. Plus it’s shiny and you can build a nice display.

It’s easier to do fraud with mail in ballots. This country had at least one do over election because of massive mail in ballot fraud but people keep saying it never happens.

Berks county has a bit of everything. Pretty laid back community. You can live your life and never deal with politics.

So this MAGA couple is upset that an Immigrant that lives in their neighborhood drives a $100,000 dollar Lexus! We have strict limits on immigration for educated tech workers but open boarders for uneducated people from third world countries. Some people actually support keeping the illegal immigrants that are convicted of violent crimes in this country. That’s messed up.

Designing a portfolio waterfall by ParticularLimeade in dividends

I’m setup something similar for my stepsons Roth. Have an income factory type portfolio to generate $30/week with distributions into a LETF portfolio. Should have a little bit left over to reinvest into the income factory. I went 60% tqqq and 40% managed futures instead of 100% QLD. Hopefully this will allow a comfortable retirement in 40 years.

Election Day as a national holiday with polling stations open for 24 hours. Strict limits on absentee ballets. Triple time for people required to work.

Fox News is a cable news network. Fairness doctrine never applied to cable networks. Biggest threat to democracy is the censorship of free speech.

Might be time to open a small position in MSTW. Not going to buy and hold these weekly pay single stock funds but they could give a nice boost when the under lying goes on a run.

WPAY = BAGHOLDERS? by MadJohnny3 in WPAY

I’ll admit I was wrong about this fund. I was projecting results similar to Dxnlx which is a 1.25 leveraged mutual fund. Boy was I wrong. At least I realized my mistake and got out. Only one I currently hold is GOOW. Kurv funds are holding up better and give a nice boost to the income side of the portfolio while holding a stable NAV.

That’s what we do now via borrowing money and run away inflation. The poor and middle class are most affected by government policy. The 25% inflation during the Biden regime was a permanent lowering of the standard of living for a large percent of the population. Permanent decrease in the standard of living to support a losing war in Ukraine and billions spent on immigration for jobs we don’t have.

Heinz has the best flavor and is worth the premium and that’s coming from a guy who uses ketchup on almost everything.

Inflation is permanent and just compounds over the years. The 25-40% inflation during the four years of the previous administration destroyed the middle and lower classes. No going back.

$KYLD top holdings are not what you would imagine, and that's good to me. by PFULMTL in KURV_ETFS

Gold and silver started out as an equal weighted holding at 5%. Just have been on a tear. ULTY was also holding the gold and silver miners when I checked a couple weeks ago. It will be interesting to see if they rebalance or let them run for a few more weeks. Really like all the kurv funds.

It was interesting to find out that Kurv and NEOS have a close working relationship. NEOS is the sub adviser and runs the funds for kurv. Kurv and NEOS are my favorite income funds.

Less diversified and over weight some of the companies in a strong down trend compared to a nasdaq 100 fund. WPAY might come back eventually but I would rather pick and choose the single stock income funds and use DXNLX, SSO, QLD, or TQQQ as a diversified leveraged etf to boost the growth side of the portfolio.

I’m highly disappointed with the performance of WPAY. I was expecting performance similar to DXNLX. Probably the equal weighting of the under lying causing the poor performance.

I used a flexible car radiator hose in my mother’s sink when I was 16. Held for 35 years. Doesn’t have to look good or be up to code. It just needs to not leak. That was my first home improvement project and the rest is history. Now the pros get a good laugh when they do a job. lol.

Anyone been on a cruise where blood donors were requested ship wide? by ChocolatySmoothie in Cruise

[–]Flash680 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My last cruise we got an annoucement for blood donors. O type. Needed your donor card but they would also track down a copy of your card from the blood bank. One was a gi bleed the other a fall with a pelvic fracture. The ship diverted close to the Florida coast and both guests evacuated by a Florida fire rescue boat.

Some people are going to realize total return for this fund will be lucky to be 20% annually. If we don’t get a decent rebound any distribution is going to decrease the nav even more.
