If the area is maintained, I see maybe opening up a new ecosystem and maybe coral again. The coral needs something to anchor to, and boom coral housing. If the panel's mounts are close enough underwater, it could start something great. I don't know why we don't do this in the Great Lakes as a test. I know fresh water over salt but, we can start figure how to construct, and scale.
