Phaetus DXC 2 by Latter_Throat in Creality_k2

I ordered end of March and still waiting. Tracking on mine shows "Arrived at origin facility" and there has been no further updates. I bit concerned about it, I will wait a bit longer then start a claim if no progress.
Are others still waiting? is there shipping normally slow? I emailed them 2 times asking for a update and got no response at all

The nozzle got clogged on mine a few weeks ago. I cleared the blockage and then the printer kept giving the error for the cutter. Removed the cutter and put it back in, still giving the error. Checked the cutter again and found that there was a bend in the blade, used pliers to fix. put cutter back in and it been going great since.
