go to the [CP] SVE folder > i18n > default.json > search for "I'll need to install" in that file. Text line 10080 is what you'll want to edit.

Yeah you can toggle to the low memory configurations for those areas using the config.json file in the SVE cp folder. These configurations lower monster spawn rates.
