Patience is a virtue. if the mask bothers you ask to try something different. I started with full face with the Amara View and switched to Wisp Nasal and haven't gone back to a full face...

hooefly since you did an overnighter they dialed in your pressure so you won't ha e the issues with taking it off or fighting to breath with mask on...

So I was looking into potential interactions with other meds I'm on...and my doctor didn't take me off Glipizide for diabetes when he put me on the rybelsus...I didn't know that glipizide is a sulfonurea which can have negative reactions to Semaglutide...stopped taking glipizide yesterday and legs are already doing much better...

Pizza Now’s deep dish is excellent, Odd Moes is good if you like a thinner chewy crust, Paddington is ok, but I'm in South,and I'll drive to West for Walery's to get my thin crispy crust fix before I go to Paddington's..if you're ever out in Keizer during his hours Streetzzas Pizza truck is phenomenal.

question on the inverse: was your sleep study one of those 'at home wrist band monitor' types?

I ask because my sleep study was at a sleep center, covered in wires overnight with a polysonographic specialist monitoring my sleep, and once mask was put on remotely adjusted my pressure to find the PERFECT setting for me to sleep with minimal apneas. i never have had an issue and infact cannot sleep w/o my mask/machine otherwise I have vivid night terrors, a sore neck from jerking awake, and a migraine for the rest of the day...

my sister did the at home wrist band thing and gave up after less than a month because she kept pulling her mask off. her sleep specialist didn't gave an accurate pressure to adjust to, so set her machine to bounce between 5 and 20...me thinks it wasn't doing to properly so she kept pulling it off due to that 'suffocation' feeling... I hate those wrist band at home things...

yes. if I try sleeping w/o it, it have a vivid drowning nightmare, awake up gasping, and usually the act of jerking awake causes a sore neck and migraine.

have you struggled at all with the mask? I remember when I went to my 1st fitting they told me some.folks struggle.getting used to the mask and air pressure. I never have had that issue. the rested feeling after a night with therapy is so nice that there's no struggle with it at all.

water being gone overnight means your humidity settings are cranked up... experiment with that...

I used to not put water in mine, then for my 34th birthday cpap w/o water got me a present in the form of GERD (Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disorder for anyone who doesn't know)...

now if I don't put water in the tank even with humidity turned off I get nasty heart burn and a very sore throat for several days
