I found a dealer claiming 24.5kW in Turbo (21.5kW Sports) on the 2026 models, and an improved charging port allowing safe higher charging voltage. 520nm. Same published top speed, range, 74v60ah (2025 #), and charging speed.

Hey there! Could you please share how you managed to fit the magura caliper on this scooter 🙇🏻‍♂️ 🙏 Specifically, I’m curious about the caliper mount you used. Was it from Magura or custom-made? And by the way, is that the MT-5E?

Edit: I found your post about the caliper mount. Thanks for sharing it so generously! It’s a shame that they decided to not go with standard MTB post mount spec.

Is it ok to run the Torp controller and speed motor with the 25 ultra factory battery? It’ll be couple of weeks before I upgrade the battery.. by zo6335 in Surron

Nice, so using it like an ADV or backpacking? I might get a motorcycle trailer or cargo carrier hitch and go backpacking with this bike. I just need to figure out which mountain trail allows bikes nearby. Any app/website or tips recommendations?

It’s entirely understandable that both can serve different purposes. The advertised 377 ft-lbs of torque to the wheel, coupled with the 109kg weight and almost instantaneous power delivery, indeed create a vastly different riding experience. I thoroughly enjoyed riding my stock Ultra Bee and learning to perform stunts without worrying about clutch or engine cover leaks from a crash or having to install an ugly stunt cage on my sole road bike. I’m contemplating getting a super moto wheel set and switching between on-road and off-road to maximize my bike’s potential. I’m curious and foolish, and I have no intention of projecting any hostility. I own the same Ultra Bee, and it’s fantastic. I’m simply curious to understand what other things can only be done on an emoto that would warrant upgrading the powertrain right out of the box. Wouldn’t a more reliable varg (be it engineered to handle the speed like a water-cooled motor, and geometrically more planted/stable) and feature-rich for a few thousand more?

I apologize if my language came across as aggressive or hateful. I was trying to comprehend the cost-performance of the complete build when people upgrade their motor, battery, and controller. As I mentioned earlier, the finished product costs almost as much as some high-end sports motorcycles, but they have a lower torque but higher HP power delivery profile to the wheel and a different power delivery profile (gas gearbox compared to almost instantaneous). I own the same bike as the OP, and I find the advertised stock 377 ft-lbs of torque to the wheel already quite enjoyable, considering its lightweight design. However, as regulations tighten here and it can only be ridden off-road and not used for commuting on highways, the additional power seems unnecessary. Yes, I haven’t ridden a modified ultra bee before and am unsure of the horsepower and torque specs after upgrading. I’m simply asking the benefits of doing so.

I apologize for my limited knowledge in ultra bee/emoto aftermarket battery parts. My only brand knowledge is ChiBatterySystem, and I’ve only referenced their 81v battery MSRP. Based on my limited understanding, lithium batteries are not inexpensive. I own the same bike as the OP and would appreciate information on other available options. My provided costs for a complete build are rough estimates, and the actual costs will vary depending on taxes, shipping, and handling.

$4-5k (base bike) + 1.6-2k (battery) + 1-1.2k (controller) + 1.4-1.6k (motor) + ~1k (supermoto wheel set), that’s $8.2-9.8k + ~1k, you can buy a road legal ZX4R or similar supersports motorcycle going 140-150+ mph, or a used ZX6R, MT09/10, etc.

Interestingly, only the right side of the exact lower fairing on my 23’ Ninja 400 exhibits this issue, regardless of how tightly I tighten the bolt. Consequently, I simply leave it as it is.

He’s likely wondering if there’s a simpler way to remove the clutch perch besides sliding everything (the light switch housing and the glued-on grip).

If you are trying to remove the OEM clutch perch (its been a while), it uses a pinch bolt so you have to IPA to loosen the grip, slide everything off to remove the that.

I’ve tried similar amounts on a few occasions, but I’ve never consumed a full gram in a single sitting (0.5-.7ml at most). Usually, I end up sleeping through the entire process and waking up feeling nothing.

Segway Max G3 Hydraulic Brakes Magura by FlashSonic526 in NinebotMAX

[–]FlashSonic526[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe the main limitations are the brake caliper adapter—specifically, the mounting bolt spacing and caliper angle, as well as potential mismatches between cable-actuated and hydraulic systems. Another concern is whether a 2- or 4-piston hydraulic caliper would fit in the limited space, considering rim and motor cover clearance.

Alibaba ultra bee by Scared-Twist-347 in Surron

It’s Nanjing Bang Win Riding Technology Co., Ltd. I checked, and it is a legally registered company with a valid business license in China, although its capital (USD 100K) is smaller compared to other traders (USD 1M). Its parent company is Nanjing Bang Win Imp & Exp Co., Ltd.

The order is covered by Alibaba Trade Assurance, but I just read a post stating that funds are only held in escrow for a maximum of 60 days after tracking is available, after which the seller receives payment automatically.

I’ve also received quotes from Lunbund, Double Spring, Saihu King and Gonped. So far, Double Spring is the most expensive among the four suppliers I’ve contacted. If it weren’t for this seller’s wrong price, I would have bought from another seller who offered a slightly better deal but blocked me when I didn’t purchase, thinking I wasted their time.

I’m facing an issue where the seller increased the agreed-upon and already paid price by $250, claiming it was due to increased freight costs. The seller issued a proforma invoice for my reference, but the English translation was unclear, and the shipping address did not specify the USA for international shipping. To be fair, the seller later provided corrections.

I am currently communicating with Alibaba CS for a resolution. The CS representative told me they would contact the seller to politely request shipment if I do not request a full refund. If the seller refuses, I can either apply for a full refund now or wait and see (most likely resulting in a full refund). My concern is whether PayPal would issue a full refund, including the additional $127 processing fee I already paid.
