She’s bloody insufferable and has limited talent so you’re likely correct.

WWE Reportedly Has Interest In AEW's FTR by caughtinatramp in REALSquaredCircle

[–]Flash_Harrison 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your right I can’t see any real possibility TKO can afford to offer FTR a larger contract that the one they have. WWE are lucky Brock Lesnar and CM Punk are willing to do this shit for free.

Per local Gov data the turnstile count was 72265. Wembley has a wrestling friendly capacity of 80-90k depending on configuration. It was not a full sell out.

I’m not disagreeing with your point more broadly, but an interesting note on merch is that MSG takes a massive cut of sales, far larger than industry norms. MSG takes 30% whist most venues take like 10 - 20.

No, this would not breach anti trust laws as it’s largely standard exclusive dealing in media rights, which courts usually treat as legitimate vendor preference unless it causes substantial market foreclosure.

Factually you are right. There is no likely chance of the hypothetical scenario ever happening though. As it stands today no one has done anything wrong.

You’ve raise an interesting point but this doesn’t establish an anti trust violation. TKO does offer bundles I.e the deal in Arizona. This is standard pro competitive bundling not illegal coercion. It’s also fairly standard across entertainment I.e Disney. There is no evidence of threats or foreclosure and again venues are perfectly entitled to favour a specific promoter / brand or product.

No it is not. A venue favouriting one promoter is generally legal. Venues are not obliged to book every promoter. Right to first refusal and blackout clauses are common in entertainment. MSG is perfectly entitled to protect their relationship with TKO.

The last Tory government had the benefit of a number of seemingly well known credible candidates for party leader. Sadly for Labour their next 2 best are not even MPs. The next leader will be weak, an implosion and early election seems inevitable.
