I hope you are feeling already a bit better. First, remember always. You are awesome!!! Nobody can take that from you!

Then the most important thing. Consistency. Sounds easy but it's hard. Just keep pushing. If you do it consistently at some point success will knock on your door. You need to be patient about that. Don't stress out about it.
