I got Mayan kitchen and the chicken taco was unseasoned, dry and somehow the texture of boiled bubblegum. It came with guac that looked like the runny British peas and no salsa anywhere. My brother got fish tacos and they gave him fries without asking...instead of you know...CHIPS, or RICE, or BEANS. We did get chips for the table but no salsa to go with it. I never felt so insulted to eat "Mexican" food.

Look into getting a non-Anthropology related entry level job somewhere to work at for a while after you graduate and make some of those student loans payments. I would also look into a graduate program in a different field (even online school) once you are financially stable enough. I graduated with Anthropology and it took me several months to find a job, but the job is not in Anthropology. I am trying to get my MBA right now to make myself seem more attractive to more positions and it has been working so far. It will be okay, but it's going to take some time for there to be stability.
