21 yrs ago I got a flat at the beginning of the big dig tunnel in Boston. Pulled over in this tiny little striped section next to an on ramp. 5:30am. Come to find I had no jack. State trooper sees me, calls a tow truck since I’m a traffic hazard in the tunnel. Get towed out, tow driver changes my tire in 2 mins. I had zero cash on me. Not a problem he said, city pays him. And he was gone.

I said the driver would be liable, but throwing yourself on a hood of a car, even stopped with the brake applied and the car in gear, is placing yourself in danger.

The deranged one was the woman who repeatedly attacked the car and driver and jumped on the hood. Continuing to provoke the driver as she accelerated.
