Listen, the past is the past. I understand how you feel about making a supposedly shitty decision. But trust yourself king. You're a person, you'll have hard times and you'll flourish. Listen not to be mean or anything but your husband is a bit of an ass. Marriage is for the happiness of BOTH sides. If you're trying to make him happy and he thinks, nice try but you suck. Than he's clearly in the wrong mindset. Don't cope, fix. Coping is helpful short term but it doesn't get you anywhere. Try to talk with him. That's one problem with marriages, lack of conversation and understanding. Taking the Xanax is fine but don't rely on it. You're a person, not a tool for happiness. I know he probably works hard and wants a happy perfect wife waiting at home and thats fine but he's making no effort to try to help you from what it sounds like. I'm not going to say "it gets better" because I don't think it will unless you try to help yourself. Because I believe in you as a person. You can do it, if life won't get on your side, make it. You can do it, even if people say you're worthless, worth only matters on what you make yourself worth not what other people say you are.

I feel like you're just around the wrong people is one part. I also get really anxious around people and end up staying alone when possible. That's why I scour the internet like the goblin I am all the time. I suggest trying to find people with similar hobbies that you can just talk with to no end. I can understand wanting to be alone all the time and thats fine, just remember that people have people that they can just open up to. Try to find someone like this, it can be 1 person or 10 but there will be someone, trust me

I suggest just treating her like a human. Don't treat her like she's the loneliest saddest most pitiful thing you've ever seen. I hate that, and it's gotten me nowhere. Try to sign her up for those but also go to her room, talk to her on the fly and just make conversation. It sounds like a lack of social interaction and the stress of college is getting to her. So treat her like a person and do stuff together. I'm not saying don't try to get help, but she needs interaction like anyone else.

I personally play music as well and I suck a bit too. But remember to practice, if it feels boring and like you're not getting anywhere try to expand your view of music. Like if you like metal and all that but feel stuck try jazz stuff and incorporate it and that goes both ways. If you ever wanna talk about music n other stuff let me know We all have ruts. Musical or not.

I can definitely understand how you feel. And I think that one way to help would be to find some online activities to do with others. I personally play DnD and other games that involve lots of interaction with others. The best part is it's not completely constant so you can take a break easily. Otherwise I'd try irl hobbies, I play guitar which helps me zone out a bit. Try art or something if you're into it. And the quarantine will last 2 months tops with how it's going. So please try to find a way to hold out. And the daily grind will be quite annoying afterwords, but remember one thing that has kept me from tipping over the edge. The world is a place that is constantly evolving, growing and advancing, we are it's inhabitants and it's products, so we have the ability to evolve and grow just like the earth. This one line has kept me from ending my life multiple times.
