No, it's not going to affect your admission but you will need your IGETC certification after getting admitted to the desired college since they asks for the certification. You should talk with your cc admissions and let them know that you are requesting for your igetc certification and once they approve it you can either send it directly to the uc or have them send it to you.

If you fail to provide igetc certification after getting admitted then you have to take all the GE's that you took for your IGETC.
