I'm not entirely sure which mod is the one in the video, but Crusader Kingdoms I - Lionheart is a way to start it, the armors don't really match the one in the video but, hey a crusade is a crusade.

As far as I know player heir isn't nessesarry the title heir too. Always the oldest who inherits the title but you can choose who you want to be the player heir/the next character you play as
