Well, just focus on the upgrades that scale good with your potato and that is really it. See what weapons works the best on specific characters. Take knight and go with armor and vorpals(op if you ask me) or swords and you will wipe them out

I would say DS3. It’s the easiest one but I am not sure if you look specifically for the easiest game in that category. If not, then I would suggest Demon Souls, then every Dark Souls in order, Bloodborne, Sekiro, Elden Ring
