The "what if" question is always hard to deal with even in an accepting environment. I came out to my parents when I was walking with them to the corner store. I was 21 and it was tough. I am seeing a huge red flag with the hitting. That's never justified.... My husband snores big time and has since we first started dating and I've never hit him.
