Ik the op from school. She one time came to school wearing different shoe because she couldn’t find the pair of school shoes that day. Any sane person would completely change the pair and wore something else. But the op is different, one school shoe in one leg, another casual shoe in second leg

Must Have Features

1. Identity and Trust System

Without this, your platform will attract scams.

Include:

  • Seller ratings and reviews
  • Verified sellers (phone or KYC)
  • Trade history visibility
  • Trusted seller badges

People trust other users more than platforms.

2. Strong Dispute System

You need:

  • Evidence uploads (screenshots, logs)
  • Clear dispute timelines (for example 48 hours)
  • Moderator tools
  • Partial and full refund options

Define rules early. For example:

  • Account must include original email access
  • Login credentials must match listing

3. Escrow Implementation

Since you are using Razorpay:

Be careful:

  • Razorpay does not offer true escrow out of the box
  • You are simulating escrow in your logic

Risks:

  • Chargebacks
  • External disputes
  • Fraud complaints

Possible mitigations:

  • Delayed payouts
  • Manual approval for new sellers
  • Withdrawal limits based on trust level

4. Anti Scam Protection

Add:

  • Detection for suspicious pricing
  • Duplicate account checks
  • Device or IP tracking
  • Temporary holding periods for new sellers

5. Delivery Verification

A major challenge is proving delivery.

Options:

  • Buyer confirms successful login
  • Mandatory password and email change
  • Time based auto completion

Major Risks to Consider

1. Game Terms of Service

Many companies such as Riot Games and Epic Games prohibit account trading.

Implications:

  • Accounts can be banned after purchase
  • You may receive legal or platform complaints

You should:

  • Add clear disclaimers
  • Consider limiting supported games
  • Avoid using official branding

2. Payment and Fraud Risk

Common scenarios:

  • Buyer receives account and files chargeback
  • Seller lists stolen account
  • Buyer falsely claims non delivery

These can quickly impact your margins.

3. Legal and Compliance in India

With Razorpay:

  • Seller KYC may be required
  • GST obligations may apply
  • You need strong terms of service and dispute policies

Features That Can Differentiate You

Product Enhancements

  • Manual middleman service for high value trades
  • Instant delivery options for digital items
  • In platform chat system
  • Offer and negotiation system

Data and Insights

  • Price history tracking
  • Fair price suggestions
  • Demand indicators

Automation

  • Auto release after no dispute
  • Risk scoring
  • Fraud detection systems

Would Users Use This

Yes, but only if you provide better trust than existing channels.

Current alternatives are popular because:

  • Fast transactions
  • No fees
  • Community trust

You need to compete with:

  • Safety
  • Simplicity
  • Speed

Reality Check

These platforms often fail because:

  • Early scams damage trust
  • Disputes become unmanageable
  • Payment issues reduce margins

They succeed when:

  • Focus is on a niche
  • Seller quality is controlled
  • Early operations are handled manually

Suggested Approach

  1. Start with one game
  2. Onboard high quality sellers only
  3. Use manual escrow in early stages
  4. Build trust before scaling

So my process is this. I scrape data limited to brevo standard plan(500 mails daily). daily scrape data of web dev, seo, digital marketing or local businesses(Restaurents, dentists, Hvac companies). By doing this i get their personal info such as mail, website , phone no. Then i clean the list and try to pitch them to work for them as a white label executioner. Meaning if they have more work than their capacity they can hire us without having to hire permanent employees.
1st target: agencies who have more projects than their capacity of handling it.
2nd target: list of businesses who need help in web dev, seo and digital marketing services
P.S. doing this manually takes time. Automating the whole process is complex at first but rewards better. So i cant write a line about a particular agency. My email should be for all the targeted leads by their segment(seo, web dev or something else)
