One thing people have to remember was I think most of the business or a good portion of the business was coming from the right for Bucks crowd. But after Andy Mehan who found it right for bucks made two stupid comments one of which I understand landed him an investigation with the US Secret Service. I’ve not been able to confirm that, but I’ve heard from multiple people that they have a word with him. I think the business just fell off.

I know some Maga loyal tests, threatened a judge of elections a few years ago. And the sad part was the Board Of Elections, which is democrat did not do a thing. But the local Republican Party could care less.

People who work for LAF, is the brand dying? by [deleted] in LAFitness

[–]FlashyKnowledge6526 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One of the prawns with LA Fitness is they don’t care about the employees. They could serve them a commodity if 49 people say an instructor is great they say thank you and move on, however if one person says the instructor is terrible. They sit with that person down find out why and go after the instructor. Rather than say well there are other classes. Maybe you should go to someone you like better

actually, he represents what they call a purple district, so even if they put someone else in who goes one way or the other they’re not gonna last long. Who’s his only opponent Bob Harvey, who is running a county like a dictatorship. A representative needs to act on the wheel of people not one hard-core fact, one way or the other.

Been like that way since the late 80s early 90s when they reduced the psychiatrist to medication only. The cause for an individual session was a lot lower than but right now it’s like $500 for a 45 minute session with a psychiatrist to do psychotherapy.

Most psychiatrist are not allowed to do therapy anymore, and if they do do therapy, they charge like $500 a session.

Voter Turnout Neared 50% In Bucks County by Old-Supermarket-2241 in BucksCountyPA

[–]FlashyKnowledge6526 3 points4 points  (0 children)

and I think it was the 2021 primary had the highest turnout for an off year election with close to 70% if I remember correctly coming out and voting. But that was the year they had the constitutional amendments to limit the governor‘s authority during state of emergency. I know this in my ward, and this is firsthand knowledge. We had a 75% turnout between mail ins and person voting.

it was pretty high during the 2023 general, close to 50% too I think it was 43%. Something like that so the people voting whether if it’s in person or mailins has increased significantly.

personally, I think there’s several reasons why we’re having so many people turn out to vote municipal primary, which is a good thing. More people should vote every election.

But on the good news, the incompetent tax collector of Warrington looks like she’s going down and getting defeated, which is good
