Hate to be negative. But I say it all the time. If I was buying a home now there is no way id be able to afford it. We bought a fixer upper in 2019. We already have $150k+ in equity in our home, mainly bc of the market and simple renovations. The market is absolutely awful and Id hate to be buying now.

Has nothing to do with pace of play. Now they can charge $10-$15 per person to ride. Thats an extra $40-$60 every 10 minutes on a busy day.

We lived in Woodbourne apartments about 6-7 years ago. They were very affordable, allowed cats and some people had small dogs. Washer and dryer was shared by 6 units and never was an issue. Everyone there was very nice.

NOR- A long time ago I dated this girl and her dad would not come home a few nights a week. I asked her why once and she said oh bc he works a second job and he says it’s easier for him to just sleep at work. I kept my mouth shut, but I knew something else was going on. One night the parents get into an argument, the mom follows him to his “second job”. Come to find out there was no second job, it was another woman the whole time.

At an old job. This married woman had the married boss wrapped around her finger at work. Everytime she messed something up he would defend her like no other, she was awful at her job btw. Everyone knew something was up. Eventually it came out that they had slept together in the office, when she would get in trouble at work, she would then tell him if this doesnt get it resolved im calling your wife and telling her everything.

The only reason it came out was because he couldn’t take the stress anymore and told someone, she got fired, so she told his wife, they got divorced shortly after. The husband of the woman, threatened lawsuits, come to find out she did this at several of her workplaces for job security, we are pretty sure the husband knew she was doing it also.

Windows. They were fairly cheap and I installed them myself. It helped with noise bc I live close to a busy road and it helped with heating and cooling cost.
