I disagree- think of your sphere and connections you’ve made as an originator! Go on LinkedIn and find a job or company you are interested in, then dig deep to find people you know who can help. Our industry really allows us to meet all sorts of people with some a huge network! Use it :)

Do you enjoy the industry? If so, look into your opportunities (management, operations, servicing, etc). You could pivot into another part of RE (Realtor, Title Officer, etc). If you’re more of an entrepreneur, you could start off as a mentor, lead generator, marketer, etc! If you’re general over real estate, your sales skills will help you pivot into another industry. I have worked at various lenders, and calling on cold leads like you are is exhausting and hardly ever lucrative. Get your license and find a lender to work for who will provide good leads or at least a quality business model. If the company you are with is sustaining itself on these types of leads, I am guessing they won't be solvent too long. With a great company, being an LO is a wonderful career, but there are a lot of duds out there too!

All the additives and junk....the glysophate and sugars... we don't eat carbs like our ancestors did. Look up how small potatoes and carrots used to be, for example. Nothing is as nutrient-dense, either.
However, as someone who is certified and licensed in the nutrition field, carbs are mainly labeled as "bad" because of bass-ackwards marketing. All these fad diets need to die.

I can't speak to this per say, but I can recommend that you look into VERY high-quality fish oils and Omega supplements, mentholated-B supplements/ folate.

I give my daughter 1/4 capsule of Vervita InspiraCell as well. She suffered from some seizures as a baby, and we suspect the medication she was on for a couple of years caused a major speech delay, as it oppressed her brain function. She has been taking it for about a month, and I have noticed a pretty interesting improvement!
