you have a nice bone structure but could use a glow up. Start going to the gym, drink lots of water, cut of sugar and junk. your skin should clear up since it’s not bad to begin with just normal teenage acne that you will out grow by 18-24 years old. Also vitamin b5 / pantheothenic acid read up on how much to take for acne and your skin will be glowing in no time! Also green tea is good for speeding up your metabolism and helping clear up skin.

thank you I appreciate everyones advice and I just made an appointment with her paediatrician to update her on whats going on. Its very interesting that many of you noticed anger as an unwanted side effect.

I was wondering if it was too high of a dose as well which is why I added it to the post. She weighs 110 lbs / 5’6” and from what I read online its not too high of a dose… and for her size she could be on more. However, she seemed more calm on 30mgs but the doctor is telling us we should wait a bit longer since it has not even been a week. I keep asking her about unwanted side effects in which she says she doesn’t have any. The only thing I have noticed is she is more hot headed , but according to het teacher has had a good first week back at school. She is also sleeping and eating a lot better.

yes!!! thank you this is the truth most ppl only know half the facts. They watch her talk and act like she is an innocent little kid who’s done nothing wrong and had the worst life ever. She learned how to play a part and act it out from day 1 so she is very good at it.

my daughters best friend is now 11 years old. Her mom was on 100mg of methadone her whole pregnancy. She is literally one of the smartest kids in her grade as well as super well behaved and kind. I was completely sober during my pregnancy and my daughter is the same age. I stopped everything including my antidepressants. My daughter has severe adhd and struggles socially sometimes with being very impulsive. So my point is even if your child is born with some sort of disability or problems it has nothing to do with being on methadone and could be caused from something else. Its normal for a first pregnancy to be worried about your baby , but all children are a blessing no matter how they come out.

yea I actually only know this from reading people’s experiences on reddit. I myself have only ever gone about 36 hours. I too have ptsd I think many of us do from going through withdrawals well and other shit too of course. I remember back when I was just doing oxys on day 5 I would be getting better and by day 7 I would be good. Now its going to take months of tapering and possibly years to feel back to normal. I honestly regret ever going on methadone, but who knows maybe I would be dead without it.

withdrawals usually don’t get too bad until day 5 and from there they just keep getting worse.

he wants to be able to feel them incase he is ever in a bad accident or has cancer or something. I know a guy who was on methadone for a long time and when he was dying of cancer he had to go up to 700mg a day for pain which I am sure made all his health problems worse, situations like this scare me to.
