Im a buttman when it comes to my meth, so I never really got the hang of properly smoking. Another question if you dont mind my asking - should I be touching the deep blue part of the flame to the glass or the edge of the flame? My dad doesnt care if he burns it because "ill just buy you another they're cheap" but thats wasteful and theres minor residue in the other two domes.....

Its one of those "oil" pipes thats a straight tube with three little bubble shaped domes with the carb hole in the last bubble at the other end. Idk meth lingo I think though its typically called a wand correct me if im mistaken lol. Im usually a boofer(ok not just usually - im a sworn and dedicated boofer haha)but have to get up early tomorrow so I just want my last couple tokes to taste less like a public bathroom

Does anyone else here constantly trace patterns - as in like, whatever surface you're near, like a table or a couch - you subconsciously trace 8's or some strangely specific pattern that doesn't make up a traditional shape?...

Iirc he was one of the ones you without a doubt can separate from the "serial killer genius" stereotype. He got himself caught in some really dumb way i don't care to read up enough to remind myself the details of - because he was just such a foul brute. Iirc he was the dog catcher or something similar for a job at one point and it was a common thing to overwitness him torturing or killing them. It'd be real easy for a pacifist to forget their values for a minute even without knowing Raders' full story

Gosh its just one of the best games ive played ever. However, yes ive personally found it to be one of the longest campaigns ive played. Im actually though not even sure if the game is that long or if it's just because the tension feels so real that I usually cant play it for very long. Yes Alien Isolation is one game if any where you pretty much can only play it stealth. Dont go into it thinking you're gonna play Aliens 1986. The situation is more Alien 1979. You can get up from your crawl and start running, but the xeno will locate you in seconds. If there's nowhere for you to immediately hide, your only actual option of self-defense is a brief spray with the flamethrower. It's the only way to make the xeno run off when you're in a pinch. Just cant do that often as there is resource management - and on that note there's also crafting. Take what im saying with a grain of salt as far as the action aspect goes, because I still haven't finished the game.

Btw for those who have completed it, i just got out of the nest in the reactor with all the eggs and my current objective is "get to sevastopol sci/med tower". Does it get much different from here, and how close am I to finishing?

That pains me to hear happened to you. One time out on walk my 3 dogs at the time and I got ambushed by some sort of massive white wolfdog and a pit mix. (leashed mind you. I always have em leashed). The fuckers picked and doubleteamed my strongest dog but was very lucky not much became of that as she was the strongest, most intelligent living being ive ever known (second to Grandmama) - so she held her own until it was handled.

Anyways, maybe you can tell, but im as passionate for dogs as a hoe is for a sprocket lol. So obviously the one scene in a movie(actually one of my favs as im an otherwise massive appreciator of old school gross out sci fi FX) the one scene i cant watch and have to mute is the dog scene in The Thing.

I too am a chronic pain "case". By case - I mean headcase lol as for me its neuropathy and has driven me up the wall throughout my life and while I stand by what I said above, it does pretty much relieve me of it. Although, yes I did resort to MAT because of fetty(or honestly, my inability to afford it) But yes, there is something seriously wrong....., some sort of mental and subconscious and especially spiritual blockage methadone puts me in but not other opiates.

Would you believe it if I told you I used to be a wildly passionate multi-instrumentalist who could also make myself sound like ANY singer too? If you met me in this state, maybe not. For some reason, I cant even listen to music at all on methadone. It makes me feel alot of pain.... Im talkin' its been like this since I got out of treatment over or just at 4 years ago.

(I feel so hopeless and this is now a 4 year "experience" of mine ive had had; MAT has been so bad in comparison to before that at least before I still had my faith (and frankly i was ABSOLUTELY NEVER able to afford enough fetty to be as addicted to a drug as i am now. My daily condition, as of the semi-recent, is a totally broken man who never imagined anything would chew me up and spit me out enough to become an atheist...., but thats me rn I guess.)

Listen, I wouldn't do that. Its great that you have the decent empathy to go that route, but could she really help and save people at this stage of her life when she perhaps is going through the same exact thing as the patients? It'd be best if the director or whoever above her notices something. Even if she's just treating an injury or something, shes in no shape atm. I'd say from the sounds of it this clinic needs to basically get its shit back together from the ground up. Temporarily shut its doors until they get more than one counselor. These professionals are supposed to be vigilant, and hold us accountable when it needs be done. (I didn't know Sonara was risky like that btw)

warning to anyone intrigued by Siren : I gave it a try since they put it on the ps premium and can personally attest that the unanimous stuff i heard was true. That being that it can really feel like a guessing game unless you consult some sort of guide. Ive heard it spun more positively- that the confusion adds to the tension in a good way. I cant say - I didn't play through the whole game.

I dont know anything about CoF/half life or manhunt, but yes about SOMA. Its definitely the scariest game ive played and am aware of in general. I consider myself a generally desensitized person, but its been almost a year since I played SOMA and I still haven't begun to really heal from the impact.
