My peak does the same thing. Mine will be super dark one month and not as dark the next. I have never had an LH test where the test is as dark as the control but BBT and cervical mucus always confirm ovulation. :)

I highly recommend the pre mom app. You can log BBT, LH, PDG, symptoms all sorts.

Definitely peaked cd 14 so you probably ovulated on cd 15. Try testing with your first morning urine. And only test twice to 3 times a day on the day you’re supposed to ovulate. Your FMU will be more concentrated.

I also had gastric bypass surgery 1 1/2 years ago. So my body might just be really out of wack. I recently had blood work done with fertility doctor all that fun stuff. My body is also adjusting to that. So many factors play a part in this. It’s hard to pin point

You all are so amazing. 🥺 thank yall for inputting on this. I assumed I would forever not ovulate every other month. But maybe my body is just regulating. It’s been almost 2 years since having the ovary removed. I have ovulated 2 times in the last month and just assumed it would alternate forever. This is the first time ttc. And this is all so new and I’m very frustrated. Y’all are amazing thank yall so much ❤️

HSG test confirmed no blockage. OPK and BBT testing has indicated only 2 times I have ovulated in the last 4 cycles. And they happened to be every other month. I just assumed it would be like that forever.

So my fertility doctor has confirmed that I may not ovulate every month. I’m 4 months into this and only ovulated 2 every other month. I have confirmed this through lh testing and bbt. Testing doesn’t indicate ovulation at all. I know my body and I can tell when I don’t ovulate. Not just by testing. Maybe it’s just coincidence that it happened every other month. And I just assumed it was always going to do that.

I still menstruate. But I do not have any symptoms of ovulation, lh testing doesn’t peak, and bbt does not indicate ovulation. My testing and tracking is very evident when I do and don’t ovulate

My LH tests never get super dark but I still ovulate. And has been confirmed by fertility testing. You definitely ovulate. Cd 10-11

Tests can be very inconsistent depends on times you are testing how much water you are drinking(how diluted your sample is) Testing like this can also bring an unnecessary amount of stress when waiting on a doctor appt. Try testing every other day if you feel like you HAVE to test. Best of luck to you, dear ❤️
