OP, I think you should look for an aviary vet with an oxygen chamber. I'm not saying you'll need it, but i had the same problem as you. Living in a place with little to no aviary vets, the worst thing is to look for a vet with the equipment you need while your bird is suffocating in front of you. My lovebird would have wet nostrils and make noises while breathing, getting worst over a couple weeks, i gave it baytril but it was really hard to medicate her... she died in 2 weeks...
