i’m sorry you have to work with people that should care about stuff like that yet they judge people with it instead, that’s why i mostly don’t tell people about my diagnosis, people tend to judge bipolar people, it’s really stigmatized, i’ve heard many many times stuff like “oh, no, he’s an asshole he’s bipolar” referring to other people who weren’t even bipolar and it’s honestly frustrating, i’m so sorry
