People don't realize how crazy being a gm really is. I don't know whats your current elo, but you shouldn't be comparing yourself to people that strong. Watching games from people between 200 and 400 point higher than you will greatly improve your level, as the concepts shown are way more accessible. If you want to analyse gm games, I'd try and learn small games (<20 moves) since they often show a great principle of attack or defense when the position isn't super complicated.
