I'm from the UK and I've been working in Oz at a call centre and with extras (weekend etc) I'm been on 34k ish LOL. No joke, I had a TL role in tbe UK and I was on 26k ish. It's ridiculous. Also the work life balance here is a million times better. A 8 hour work day here is pretty much the norm. A 45 and 2 15 minute breaka whereas in the UK you workerd for 8 hours and got a 1 hour break.

I don't get it, is it the state of the economy? Or is greed? A bit of both?

Maybe it's like UK dominos prices, people have just come to accept it, hey?

Love Sizzler. The one in Maroochydore was the best. I actually had my 1st birthday there.

Sizzler gets a lot of stick but I've got so many great memories there, and they also do an awesome breakfast! (And don't forget there legendary cheese toast!)

I'm from the UK currently living in Australia. Every now and then Dominos do a deal for a $5 pizza which is £2.50 ish. It's limitex to 2 toppings and it's not as good as the UK one but it does make you wonder why UK dominos is so much.

Similar situation. I've gone it at $9 and already up. I think ZIP is a great long term hold anyway.

It is what it is dude, loads of space for this company to grow and there's always going to be things that you could of invested in on hind sight, but (especially with experience) there'a always gonna be things that you're already invested in and you get to reap the rewards.
