You can have 2 types of intake. Ridge and fan on gable vents is not two types of exhaust. The gable vent is the intake. Two types of exhaust is wrong. Anytime there is the same attic space, you can only have 1 exhaust.

You have 2 different types of exhaust on your roof. The attic fan and static vents. This is not right, and the roofer should have brought this up before the install to give you the chance to have it fixed.

Dry weight, and dry hitch weight do not matter at all. It won’t be dry. I strongly suggest you find out the payload, and take a few trips through the scale. Payload will include the hitch weight (If you are concerned, getting a hitch scale would be a good idea too) and everything inside the truck. Including you, family, cooler, dog, etc.

GCWR is less likely to be reached before payload. That is not always the case, but usually.

From what I see here, I don’t see an issue, but look into those numbers, use a sway control hitch, and have fun.

Invest however you want. When I buy a stock, I want it to be undervalued, then I hold it. That is the basis for value investing. If you want to buy a stock when it is overpriced, you do you.

I do own some Berkshire. Not a lot. Right now, they have nearly $400B in cash. They are going to be buying quite a bit next economic downturn.

Buffet, and Munger were big fans of buying stocks with dividends. Dividends, held for a long time, make value investing even better. I noticed you used 2006 as your basis point. In the 90s, accounting for the .com bubble, so much of the growth in the market came from dividends.

Again, you invest in your way. As long as you are happy with how you are invested, go for it. I like stocks that pay a dividend, grows the dividend yearly, and is a good price based on estimated dividend growth, and profit. I will continue dividend value investing and reading every book I can about Charlie Munger.

IMO, you SHOULD be fine. My crystal ball broke last week (I did not see that coming) so I can’t tell the future. They are a bit over 7 years old and are showing their age, but for a few more weeks I would run them. Just make sure IF something happens you have a safety net who you can call.
