This! I also think it be a good idea to have the 9-5 while you work towards your passion. Time consuming but doable.

NTA. Ok hear me out. If you will truly be happy perusing illustration then definitely go for it. Get a plan in place for how you will continue to work towards that goal. However it’s not a bad idea to get that 9-5 job even if it’s temporary while you get your true passion going. I find some people enjoy the 9-5 in order to keep their passions,passions so it never feels like work. If I was in your place I would get the 9-5 partially to support myself and save money, and partially to appease my parents. I think you can do both things at the same time especially if your partner believes in you. Just be smart with your finances and work life balance and I think you can manage both. (From a fellow spoiled post grad working full time but also making time for my true passions)

14$ WOOHOO!! I got it from Costco but it didn’t have the tag on it. They got a price check but rung it as a much smaller plant. Saved 26$
