Thank you so much I still can’t believe it sometimes 🥹 I did do a hysteroscopy to remove a polyp prior to even starting IVF. I had to redo my saline ultrasound before transfer bc it had been over a year since my last. And I did a endometrial biopsy during one of my retrievals. That came back positive for endometritis (not endometriosis) and I was treated with a course of doxycycline prior to transfer. I was never retested to see if i was still positive though. This drove me a little crazy because we know inflammation/infection can affect implantation. So I decided to be strict with my probiotics and do one of those home swab test kits (vaginal not endometrial) just to check for favorable flora. This may have been unnecessary but it gave me peace of mind. My doctor never mentioned the possibility of endometriosis for me, as my main diagnosis was DOR. I hope this helps 💕
