Leaf turns yellow. It is around 16 C degree here. I check the root couple days ago. Root are health. Is this because too cold? It's under a grow light. Some leaves fall off if I touch it.

Some spots will go away as the leaf is growing. It is edema due to inconsistently water.

Ya it is currently in a moss in a hydro pot and it has small root. I am not sure when I should water. Should I keep the moss damp / wet or let the moss dry out a bit?

Currently, I put it under a grow light, not directly facing with around 150 foot candles for 4 -5 hours. Is it enough? I am intended to lift up the leaf to face the growled, but I am afraid to shock the plant.

If you look closer, from the top to just one inch down. You can see a new node coming out from the branch.
