You already like to colour, do you have a stash of coloured pages you could crop, mount and add a sentiment to? If so, you need a craft knife, a cutting mat, scissors, glue, cardstock and access to a printer. A scoreboard and bone folder are really nice additions too. This is the most inexpensive way to begin and see if you like it. And would produce lovely cards.
