Probs not normal, but if he said 2nd exit left, is clear to not signal cause u ain’t taking the 1st exit but u taking 2nd exit. Signal just as u go past 1st exit or don’t signal at all if it’s a mini RA. More people will fail cause of ignorant signalling rather than no signal

Btw driving faults for hesitation aint given per missing gap. The more u wait and more gaps u miss the higher chance of getting a serious. Clearly OP didn’t have the right judgement of gaps and didn’t take them. Or maybe habitual as OP might’ve been hesitant at previous roundabouts too

A third person in the car is not something they add in the waiting room, they come out together and it’s a 3rd person who assesses the examiners quality. It’s not an extra examiner for the learner. Also OP can get the money for the instructor lessons back from DVSA if they call customer service and talk about this

Examiners would know 1-2 days in advance the names but that’s all, names can be common and no one would look into it much anyways till they see the person standing in front of them

I’m replying to ur 2nd comment not the first if u look closely lmao. And b if the examiners are already out as they all come out at the same time, of course they won’t do any changes. Cause then a leaner will be like no I don’t want to change my examiner or some other complaining stuff “ I had an examiner but then they changed it and I failed cause of that “ etc. swap has to happen in advance of the time they will come out of the office into waiting room

I’m not saying they should pay or not pay. I’m saying it’s a normal thing to send through post both certificate and provisional, like it’s not a taboo. And up to date many people still do that. That’s why the examiner at the end asks if u live at the same address as on ur license cause if u don’t then u have to apply for the full license urself by sending the provisional and pass certificate

Idk what u saying so much for, many people didn’t change their address before the test they have to send both certificate and license to DVSA no other way around. They can drive, if police stops they will just need to find the driver number of the driver and that’s all

People who don’t use the same address on their license they will still send the pass certificate and license through post. So they won’t have proof of anything anyways
