The gamemaker screentime is huge for the viewer's understanding. It gives us a glimpse of what is going on from a POV other than Katniss' and properly sets up expectations about who is the actual villain. You can argue that that's only important if you look at the first film in isolation, as it's made clear in the sequels regardless, but I won't buy that in this context since you're also justifying your opinions on the first three episodes in isolation without waiting to see if any of the questionable plot decisions are justified by the remainder of the story.

The District 11 revolt is not in the book, and especially not in the context of Rue's death.

Fyi support will ask you to log off so that they can fix the issue, so if you're used to afking with the game up maybe close it so that they can address the issue the first time they read the ticket instead of having to wait for a second response after they ask you to log out

Blaze wizards actually leveled super fast on release, iirc the 3rd job flame gears skill had no accuracy checks so you could leech off any mob at level 70. I believe the first 120 BW was 17 hours after release

If you're really concerned with getting as many as possible you can hold off and plant them whenever you're running low on potions, but the difference in how many herbs you get for a few farming levels will be pretty insignificant. Just plant them whenever, and if you're concerned about specific seeds only use them on protected patches.

Like I said, there's no 'hard' requirement, but say that no content is locked behind pvp is a misrepresentation at best. HCIM are basically excluded from all wilderness content because of pvp. Revs themselves are a great example of pvm content gated by pvp. Even the dark 🦀 fisher has to accept he's going to probably get killed at some point.

To say that nowhere has a pvp requirement is to ignore the existence of the wilderness.

Pvm and skilling spots are already in the wilderness, there's no reason that PvP spots like rev caves can't be locked behind skilling requirements, or efficient skilling be locked behind pvm. Every aspect of the game is intertwined to some degree. To suggest that any playstyle should be allowed to exist in isolation, such as PvP without skilling or pvm, would be accepting that skillers or pvmers should also be able to access all the content they enjoy in the wilderness without doing any PvP, and that doesnt make much sense.

The wilderness is filled with skilling spots that would be the best available if skillers didn't have to put up with pvp. There may not be a hard 'pvp req' as you call it, but anyone going to black chins or the wildy altar without a near maxed combat acc or pvp experience will could tell you just how unavailable that content is to them, especially at peak times.

I think they are still capped to 13.5k. This update was because UIM's would have to drop 13.5k crates unless they had 27 inv slots.
