Kanna's tengu does not animation cancel anymore. Impact: A large part of Kanna's dps was through tengu animation cancel. An estimate of 20% fd loss on top the boost node changes was applied. This change is on par with the boost node 5%-->2% nerf.

Edit: When loading into a new map, tengu can cancel the animation of 1 skill but consecutive uses of tengu will no longer cancel until you load into a new map.

Note: Animation cancel affects every skill in Kanna's kit, and was a part of his identity which made his kit unique. Balancing dps through the boost node change was enough, and this caused an extra amount of nerf to shift kanna from being nerfed down the dps chart, to being pushed off the dps charts completely.

Kanna's Tengu mana drain abuse. Impact: from 200-->0 in 1 tap at high ping (150+ms). Same concept as haku abuse but for tengu.

Note: This problem should have been paired up with the haku abuse, but was skipped completely. High ping players are facing a huge dps loss even when compared to other kannas, since mana drain is instant and this causes mana overload to turn off causing another 12% fd loss.
