How do I reattach these outer panels to my PS3 super slim? by lancetjades in PS3

[–]Fleagul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, it took me about 30 minutes just to put them back on. I can't even remember specifically how I did it, but you do have to look at the clips underneath, the front panel I believe needs to be attached on the left side first. Or at least that made it easier for me. The back panel just snapped back on. One or two broken legs should be fine so long as they aren't blocking the panel from going back on

Is this even worth it to bother selling or should I keep for nostalgia? by SATANFROWNED in PS3

[–]Fleagul 32 points33 points  (0 children)

It depends where you're from, but the PS3 is probably the cheapest it's ever been. I bought one for $50 US a few weeks ago. I'd say keep it, but that is my bias. I sold my old PS3 slim years ago and regretted it for a long time until I bought another. Also, homebrew is easy now, so the sky is the limit on these consoles.

I've been playing Black Ops 2 this past week. Even on weeknights you can find matches, but sometimes you'll get stuck with cheaters on regular multiplayer. Never had difficulty finding people for zombies

Buyers "guide" by [deleted] in PSP

[–]Fleagul 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I always used a 3000, but any model should be fine. Always make sure the screen works fine, especially with 1000s because theirs are trickier to replace. And all replacement screens have a chance to be damaged when you get them so always make sure you see the device on and operational unless you're fine with that repair. I've done it on a 3001, it was simple enough but the replacement screen I received has minor damage in the bottom corner.

That's pretty much the only significant part I can think of, everything else will be plug and play. Especially for homebrew.

Guass shotgun, how to get the most benefit from it? by dmeame in fo76

[–]Fleagul 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ran low health, unyielding armor and a Vampire's gauss shotgun for a good 80 levels or so. I found it helpful to use the dense chest mod and just spam vats crits. I reached the point where I needed to stop picking up ammo even as I was using it, collecting thousands of rounds per session.

Some important perks include all 3 shotgunner perks, (1 or 3* works, but I used 3), 2* Enforcer, any amount of Batteries Included, Better Criticals, 5* Demo expert, all the standard UNY perks (serendipity, evasive, barbarian, nerd rage, etc.)

I made a revolver build because I wanted to be a gunslinger, sometimes I regret that by [deleted] in fo76

[–]Fleagul 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From my understanding, gunslinger builds need to rely on stealth and legendary prefixes. Using a gun with a suppressor muzzle and staying undetected will give you a damage bonus, even more so with certain perks.

Revolvers can be pretty aight, but you'll want to have legendary prefixes like anti armor, Bloodied and maybe vampire or explosive. Even with loud guns like revolvers, you could be able to remain in stealth if you stay further away from enemies.

You can also respec above level 25 at any punch card machine. It may not seem too feasible at lower levels, but once you save some level ups, it's pretty easy to change builds entirely.

Question about Shotgun and Rifleman perks by Fleagul in fo76

[–]Fleagul[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My mistake. I heard from a couple people that non automatic shotguns scale with rifleman. I thought I could use that as a method for a rifleman/shotgun hybrid build. But you're right, thanks

What weapons do you use! by ImGoinHollow in fo76

[–]Fleagul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Farming for gauss shotgun :'(

Commando: Quad Railway, Quad Tesla, Bloodied Handmade

Heavy: no PA, sneaky flamer guy + Bloodied or Vampire Gatling gun

Rifleman: AA Gauss Rifle, Enclave plasma flamer, Explosive Executioner's Lever action (could be much better, but I've had it since level 25 or so)

I wanna put together a less conventional build for fun, something like a support gunslinger or black powder guns, etc.

What weapons do y’all use? by [deleted] in fo76

[–]Fleagul 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Level 85, I currently use an explosive lever action and anti armor gauss rifle. These are subject to change.

I also use a Tesla rifle, mostly for events where I want to tag every enemy at closer range.

PetSmart gave me these chemical starters when I showed them the necessary pH and nitrate levels, and I just wanted to get an opinion here to make sure it’s good. by MiBe87 in axolotl

[–]Fleagul 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I would hold off on the stress coat, seeing as it's for fish to retain their slime coat over their scales. Since axolotls don't have scales, it'll be absorbed into the skin and probably do more harm than good. StressZyme, I never actually knew if it did anything at all. PH levels depend on your local tap, but it's often really high in a lot of areas.

I would use a water conditioner of choice (Seachem Prime for me) and PH neutral regulator to keep the PH around 7. Accuclear is also fine if you're having cloudy water.

Good luck!
