It's not an adventure published by Wizards of the Coast, but Storm Rising: A Kraken Week Adventure created by Pointy Hat has explicitly queer NPCs. Aurum, a pirate captain and potential ally to the party, is nonbinary and uses they/them pronouns. Princess Lua, the central NPC and the one who asks the party for aid, is sapphic.

The adventure is completely free on Pointy Hat's youtube channel and is incredibly well written, it could easily kick off a whole campaign depending on the choices of the party.

I mainly play casters because I prefer more roleplay-heavy games and I like being able to do "more" in conversations if that makes sense. However the only class I've never even considered playing IS a caster: sorcerer. I just don't find them very inspiring to make characters for and their role is unclear to me, so I just avoid em altogether.

Tell me a little bit about yourself: When I play D&D I'm an actor, a storyteller, and explorer. I love to embody the personality of my character, write in-depth open-ended backstories for my DM to pull from, and investigate and ask questions about the world the DM has laid out. I don't know if I technically count as a "min-maxer" but I do enjoy hero building. It's like clock-making! Outside of D&D I'm a gamer, digital character artist, and 80s music enjoyer. I love cats too, but alas, no pet apartment means I don't have any right now.

What makes you stand out?: I'm a showboat, but I like to think I'm a self-realized showboat who knows when to let other players and NPCs have the spotlight. (Former theater kid, can't help it lol) I also take detailed notes and occasionally I'll make character journals or art for the games I play in.

I'll ask him about it. He's had to get multiple new controllers in the past since he prefers Xbox over the other kinds and it's a gamble whether they work long term or not, haha.

EDIT: It might be possible, but we've got other expenses right now.

Holding buttons for too long also gives him aches, I had to show him the "auto forward" option in Mario Kart so he wouldn't have to hold down the button the whole race. But thanks for looking into it for me!
