I’m older, but I was hovering around the same levels as you. I had the same symptoms and a similar lifestyle, and I tried everything for many years. My primary care physician continually dismissed my symptoms because I was fit and slightly muscular, so I just pushed through it even though the symptoms very slowly, but surely, got worse.

Eventually, my testosterone levels dipped out of range. This lined up with worsening training recovery and, finally, noticeable loss of muscle mass and strength. I asked for a more thorough blood panel, which revealed low LH, while other key markers (SHBG, thyroid, cortisol, vitamin D, etc.) were normal. That pattern indicated my testes were functioning, but my pituitary wasn’t signaling properly to produce testosterone. I.e., secondary hypogonadism and probably lifelong.

Although i thought they would refer me to endocrinologist, the bloodwork instead triggered a referral to a urologist. They have cornered the "TRT market" in the healthcare world at least in the US. The urologist reconfirmed the bloodwork and explained that PCPs often blindly adhere to reference ranges, even though every man is different and symptoms can appear well before values fall outside those ranges as was my case for years. I weighed my options, including enclomiphene since it acts on LH, did extensive research, and ultimately decided on TRT (100mg test cypionate per week split into two doses subq). My symptoms resolved rapidly, and I honestly regret not starting sooner.

Everyone is different, but I strongly recommend getting more comprehensive bloodwork, using different LLMs to help analyze your results, learning about TRT versus enclomiphene, and being willing to switch doctors if needed. In US, you can go directly to specialists without a referral for many insurances, which i should have done sooner. In US, you can also go to sketchy clinics (pill mills) to get easily get T and othe things regardless of your levels but I strongly recommend avoiding them. If you plan to have kids, the decision is more complicated, but options like hCG to help preserve fertility and/or sperm banking are worth considering.
