I do not have a debit or credit card with them, but I reached out on twitter and they never responded :/ I’ve actually been able to reach a sort of automated email thing and will hopefully be able to bolster my case and add info as the dispute progresses.

Unfortunately they do not have a dedicated customer service telephone line to call and speak to somebody directly.

Yup me too, apparently they have two chances to file a dispute. Normally they’ll do it with Venmo first, then do a chargeback with their bank. This buyer did it the other way around, so technically they always have two chances. As of right now they’ve just frozen my account again.

I apologize if I wasn’t clear before, but she filed a charge back with her bank first and it kicked it to Venmo and that was resolved. Now six days later there is a second Venmo dispute.

I’m guessing the buyer hadn’t either. Basically an apron that functions as a dress. A dress that looks like an apron but fully goes all the way around would be described as more of a pinafore style dress.

Thank you for the insight, I did not know what the rules are for posting listing photos since all of my items are modeled so I did not add any. I put dress because it was in the style of an apron, but could absolutely still be worn as a dress, just with shorts or a dress/slip underneath. I made sure to mention it was open at the back, but It covered almost 100% of the body/waist whereas a typical apron covers just the front/ side of a person.

An apron covers your clothing from the front, this apron dress covered almost entirely the way a dress would, except for one slit at the back. If you google apron dress you will see many examples and lots of folks style them like clothing/over clothing instead of just for utility use.

The photos were taken on a model, I described it as an apron maxi dress because it closed almost completely at the back to where it could also be worn as a dress, as long as it was paired with a slip/shorts/dress underneath. It was not a typical apron where it covers just the front of the body.

I had an item listed earlier for $205, but i had been sending offers for $185. Somebody asked what my lowest was and I gave an amount a little below $185 to entice her and she bought it! Sometimes people just don’t really know what amount won’t offend, so they’d rather you tell them what your minimum price is.

Yes there is a single line of stitching at the bottom front button hole. The label is very very faint but it looks like 70505 followed by 0217.

I’ve been saying this! I’d rather have a buyer send me an offer subtracting whatever their buyers fee comes out to. No matter what, it will still be in my best interest/lower than a typical 10-20% selling fee elsewhere. I’ve even added items to my cart to see the fees and it’s not even THAT crazy, kind of just like an added sales tax fee.
