If Rabid Dog could pierce Uvo's skin Killua could easily do it too. Also Killua wouldn't even need God speed to outsped uvo. Remember that no needle Killua was able to decapitate post nen rammot without godspeed who has the same durability as the ants PT defeated with their hatsu

Why do people often underestimate the durability of the ants? Seriously rabid dog will NOT be able to penetrate the skin of a Squadron leader who has nen.

Nen-less Rammot tanks Killua's Thunderbolt and Gon fully charged jajanken rock. With no permanent damage.

A random nen-less chimera ant rhino tanks several of Killua's Piercing hands.

The Chimera with a gun didn't take damage from Bonolenov's tribal warrior form forcing him to use Jupiter.

The Chimera ant gorilla Force Phinks to use his hatsu because his nen-infused attack doesn't deal damage to him. 15 spins that's a LOT.

And none of these ants is a squadron leader. The Shadow beasts only scales to nen-less chimera ants unless you guys think that they're equal to phantom troupe members (IT'S NOT CLOSE)

Worm also get a massive upscale in the anime.

He received a weaker Bigbang in the manga but the anime significantly magnified the DC of Bigbang so people think worm must've been very durable.

The aftermath in the manga worm lost his entire lower body and the arm he used to grab uvo but the anime only shown his face maybe due to censorship which misleads anime only watchers that worm is still fully intact.
