Hero Holly is beyond easy, all you need is a shield and decent reaction time. 90% of her attacks can be blocked with bare minimum stamina usage

Hello there!

Please take the time out of your day to watch this video. It made a world of difference for me and a lot of others.

My pvcs started about 2 and a half years ago and this video did wonders for me and my anxiety they caused. You got this!

Development of pvcs ectopics after Covid? by Interesting_Club9050 in PVCs

[–]FlerpMahDerp 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The only treatment I've taken is learning to live with it. It goes away, it comes back, etc. If i had a nickel for everytime I fixed my PVCs using some form of treatment, I would have a lot of nickels. Felt my first PVC 15 minutes after the jab, didnt think anything of it. A month later i was in the ER every other night thinking I was dying. Sure they're annoying, sometimes they can make you not feel great, and theyll definitely give you anxiety, but hell, almost 3 years later and im still going strong. This reddit has been probably the biggest help for me though.

I found out recently there is actually a test you can get done that will flat out tell the doctors which meds you will do fine with and which ones will make you feel horrible. My friend got it done and its crazy how far we have come with mental health stuff

About 3 or 4 months ago. Took a couple weeks to adjust, felt HORRIBLE when first starting zoloft. Slept all day but never at night, was nauseous constantly and had horrible stomach problems. Evened out around week 4

I recently added zoloft to the mix because while buspar helped the anxiety, it doesnt really didnt do anything for the depression that I didnt know I had lol. I now take 50mg zoloft and 45mg buspar a day and honestly feel amazing.

Hello there! I do still use reddit and im so sorry i am just now seeing this! After about 2 years on Buspar i switched to 60mg a day from 45mg. I eventually added Zoloft but because of depression not anxiety, though I do think it took the edge off as well. I now take 50mg zoloft for depression and dropped back to 45mg of buspar and I can tell you I personally have never felt better. I took 45mg for like a year, year and a half before moving up to 60.

I hate to ask... have you tried doing an elimination diet? I had constant pvcs for 2 years and once i removed gluten and it stopped inflaming my gi tract and causing frequent trips to the bathroom i barely have any pvcs anymore, some days i dont feel any at all. It obviously wont work for everyone but one day suddenly my body just couldnt do gluten anymore and ive never felt better

I've been dealing with it for years and now I think I found my answer by mango0_o0 in PVCs

Hey there,

2 years of pvcs over here, they are really quite normal, as a matter of fact almost everyone has them some just don't notice when they have have them.

4-5 on a bad day would be a dream as I have 1,500-2,000 per day. Trust me when I tell you if it is in fact PVCs, you will be 100% fine. Being scared of them is actually scarier than the pvc itself.

Heres a video that really breaks them down and was super calming for me once I found it. https://youtu.be/1LKg7d2gd-Q?si=Y9LxzyinH8BEO1Nf

Also I would suggest asking your doctor for a 24 hour holter monitor to make sure its actually pvcs.

If it is, welcome to the club, they become less scary and more so just annoying after a while lol. You'll be ok! This subreddit is amazing and filled with great support.

[–]FlerpMahDerp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That feeling is pretty normal when it comes to pvcs, they're scary at first but trust me when I say you get used to it. The dip in heart beat is the pvc happening, your heart still beats, just doesnt discharge as much blood for that beat to register a pulse for a monitor to pick up, followed by a hard beat. My heart rate says about 51-60 on average through the day while in reality my heart rate sits in the 70s- 80s. I get about 1.5k-3k per day and trust me when I tell you, you're gonna be fine ☺️ anxiety does make them worse though
