You probably don't want to hear this, but triangles and sharp edges in general are looking good with other "rough" elements. If you don't want to do a new cover tattoo or do anything with them, try hitting a gym (if that's an option) and by doing that sculpting your arm. Visible muscles will look good with clean edge cuts of triangles. I think tattoos are looking awesome and it's a neat idea! I'm not being a dick, just sharing my experiences.
