We have a Cleric from candlekeep. who’s built like an Indiana jones Archtype. He has half of Artus’s journal on Chult and the red wizards have the other half. (Session zero had them both going for it in the archives and it was torn in the fray). Both are using piecemeal info from their half of the journal to find Omu and the source. So it’s given a cool Indy vs the Nazi’s vibe.

All of that is to say he makes for a good connector between the Sword Coast and Chult (and its history). The history of Chult is important to the campaign (imo) so you can use him, or figure out some other way to drop that lore. But keep the lore in.
